Job Store Staffing is seeking Production Specialists for a client in the construction manufacturing industry in Chaffee County. Pay/ Hours
- Monday -- Friday 10-hour shifts
- With OT up to 60+ hour weeks
- $23-25/hr depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Production Specialists assist with various stages of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities may include working in one or more of the following areas:
- Framing and structural assembly
- Equipment operation
- Receiving, staging, and preparing materials
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Painting and surface preparation
- Plumbing installation
- Electrical work
- Carpentry and general construction tasks
- Interior finishing (flooring, doors, trim, cabinetry, etc.)
- Exterior finishing (sheathing, windows, siding, doors, etc.)
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety procedures and production standards
- Reporting production issues to supervisors when they arise
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A strong construction background is highly desirable
- Ability to read a tape measure and properly use a nail gun
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Adaptable and open to learning different tasks throughout the production process
- Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, kneel, crouch, or stoop when needed
