Mars Sales Acceleration PP Lead (Central East Europe) in Budapest, Hungary
Job Description:
The role will work across cluster to deploy the signature programs of Perfect store, trade marketing and manage key digital services. The role will work closely with the market MSD heads to provide the Perfect programs and the tools required to deliver sales acceleration. The roles will be an important support to the PSR Director, directly supporting the key accounts managers with trade marketing activation.
FOR PET PRO ROLE: In the team of this role there will be a number of key users across the VET and PRO for the tools that are critical to support our customers and our organizational growth.
This role sits on the Growth Acceleration and Market Strategy leadership team
Close work and collaboration with key regional teams, Cluster MSD teams and cluster sales teams
Feed into the S&OP+ cycle on the perfect’s delivery vs building blocks and any intervention needed
What are we looking for?
Education & Professional Qualifications
Higher degree
Strong English skills, written and oral
Prior experience as a line manager is a plus
Knowledge / Experience
3 – 5 years experience in trade marketing or marketing experience recommended
Prior Sales (or field sales) experience recommended
Experience with development and implementation of tools and systems is a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?
Leads the PRO channel activation strategy and execution, working closely with Sales teams to drive improvements and maximize the impact of these initiatives.
Has full ownership of the PRO Recommendation Process & Sales Efficiency across the cluster, overseeing its operational execution, project management, and digitalization to maximize effectiveness and achieve PRO business goals.
Develop, activate, monitor, and continuously improve digital business solutions for the PRO channel, driving user adoption, analyzing performance data, recommending enhancements, and ensuring these tools deliver strong commercial results
Owns Recommendation agenda and digital business solutions for PRO through close collaboration with PP Director and local teams.
Accountable for the development and deployment of Perfect Clinic
Lead for Trade marketing function to deliver best in class execution
Works with the MSD head and Pillar Head to ensure perfect execution in the cluster
