Your role and responsibilities
As a seasoned Recruitment Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans and activities to attract and secure high-quality candidates for available opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's business to identify top talent and drive recruitment efforts.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Strategic Recruitment Plans: Create comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet client needs, including sourcing, attracting, and prescreening candidates to ensure the best fit for available opportunities.
• Manage Candidate Channels: Oversee various candidate channels, such as job fairs, agencies, internet job boards, and employee referral bonus programs, to maximize recruitment reach and effectiveness.
• Identify High-Quality Candidates: Utilize industry expertise and knowledge of the client's business to identify and secure top talent, ensuring the best possible candidates are presented for available opportunities.
• Execute Recruitment Activities: Deliver recruitment plans and activities, leveraging expertise and resources to drive results and meet client expectations.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Expertise in Recruitment Planning: Proven experience in creating comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing, attracting, and prescreening candidates to meet client needs.
• Experience with Candidate Channel Management: Demonstrated ability to oversee and optimize various candidate channels, such as job fairs, agencies, internet job boards, and employee referral bonus programs.
• Industry Knowledge and Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the client's business and industry expertise to identify and secure high-quality candidates for available opportunities.
• Strategic Execution: Experience in delivering recruitment plans and activities, leveraging expertise and resources to drive results and meet client expectations.
• Talent Identification and Acquisition: Proven ability to utilize industry expertise and knowledge of the client's business to identify and secure top talent.
• Fluent German language proficiency and experience supporting DACH region
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Experience with innovative sourcing methods, including social media, professional networks, and talent pipelines, to attract high-quality candidates.
• Recruitment Analytics: Familiarity with data-driven approaches to measure recruitment effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and inform future recruitment strategies.
• Employer Branding: Knowledge of employer branding principles to develop compelling value propositions and enhance the client's reputation as an attractive employer.
