Overview
OPERATIONS MANAGER – Process & Workflow excellence
We are looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our agency’s operational excellence and workflow stability. This role sits at the heart of the organization and ensures that our project delivery model is structured, scalable, and consistently applied across teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, creating structure in fast-paced environments, and enabling teams to work more efficiently. The Operations Manager will own and continuously improve internal workflows, drive process compliance, and support cross-functional collaboration between Account, Project Management, Production, Finance, and Leadership.
What you’ll do
Own andmaintaincore agency workflows (project lifecycle, approvals, handovers, delivery stages)
Ensure process compliance across teams andmonitoradherence in operational tools (e.g.Monday)
Identifybottlenecks and inefficiencies in ongoing projects
Facilitate workflow clarification between departments
Maintain and continuously improve SOP documentation
Support onboarding of new joiners from a process perspective
Prepare workflow-related reports and insights for leadership
Initiate and lead smaller process optimization initiatives
Own and manage timesheet system governance (structure, compliance, data accuracy)
Monitor timesheet completion rates and follow up with teams
Ensureaccuratetime allocation aligned with project structure
Providetimesheet-based insights to support operational and financial visibility
Team Collaboration & Stakeholders

What we are looking for
We are seeking a structured, proactive professional who enjoys designing and stabilizing systems in a dynamic agency environment.
3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or process management
Experience in an agency or fast-paced service environment
Strong understanding of project lifecycle and delivery workflows
Experience in process mapping and documentation
Experience in operational reporting
Experience working with project management tools (e.g.Monday, Asana, Jira)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Exposure toautomationor AI-supported workflows is considered as an advantage
Change management experience is considered as an advantage
Basic financial understanding (project costing, margin awareness)
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Confident communication skills
Structured, analytical mindset
Strong ownership mindset
Fluent English skills
