The Position
Learning Technology Systems Analyst
The Opportunity
Network Quality QA/QC Operational Systems team works in partnership across major global business functions, establishing and implementing an overall Technology strategy for PT Quality and driving the delivery and scale of key solutions in support of our PT vision.
As a Product Owner (PO) or Sub-Product Owner in Roche PT, you will play a pivotal role in standardizing and optimizing the systems and technology that powers our Quality operations and data insights. In this role you will serve as the Global Product Owner, or sub-product owner, for applicable technologies used in PT. The PO will be responsible for translating business use cases and project requirements into standardized technology solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between intricate business challenges and transformative solutions. Working in multidisciplinary teams, you’ll maintain, transform, and construct technologies integral to our technology landscape. This role will also be responsible for global master data entity. As a PO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, use case leads, IT, and validation teams to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver impactful solutions that are compliant to regulations. This role works with Business and Informatics to ensure high quality innovative solutions are defined, developed, enhanced and implemented using consistent technologies and processes and assists the organization with expertise during inspections, investigation and resolution of deviations and implementation of initiatives.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive domain expertise in focused technologies such as Veeva, RMS, LIMS, LES, AI Solutions, SPECA, Equipment Software, and Learning. Solve complex problems by adopting new perspectives with existing technologies, supporting compliance and efficiency improvements.
Lead lifecycle management for multiple products and systems, overseeing upgrades, replacements, retirements of computerized systems, and managing enhancement features/backlogs to align with business needs. Act as a Business Data Steward, supporting data governance and acceleration initiatives.
Ensure compliance with system access processes, periodic user access reviews, and adherence to GxP Computer Systems' intended use and regulatory standards. Maintain a compliant mindset with data from commercial manufacturing processes while enforcing Information Security standards.
Drive product vision, roadmaps, and continuous improvements for software systems, ensuring smooth introductions of new functionalities, strategic alignment of technologies, and formulation of future innovations via interdepartmental and industry collaborations.
Lead interdepartmental teams, business initiatives, IT projects, process improvements, and system designs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global strategies, technology portfolios, and fit-for-purpose innovative solutions through the SDLC.
Manage and validate master data within global quality systems, initiate and complete document changes, and oversee deviations, CAPAs, or system changes. Regularly evaluate software usage, training materials, and ensure smooth operation while resolving issues through proper escalation.
Provide quality assurance expertise for database management, data analysis, and compliance-related practices. Recognized as an expert in shaping the direction/strategy of global computerized systems/technologies, ensuring alignment with Quality Policies, Standards, and Computer Software Validation.
Who You Are
● Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Computer Science, or
a related field, or an equivalent technical/vocational qualification (such as a
Federal Diploma of Higher Education).
Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology, systems and platforms management in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
○ Experience with validated or controlled environments required
○ Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle
○ Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality Systems.
● Business skills: ○ Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
○ A technical foundation paired with business acumen is essential for success in this hybrid role.
○ Experience with Agile Methodologies
