The Position

Responsibilities

  • Role Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting support and resolution for Business Learning Representatives and Global Learning Services as appropriate for system related issues (i.e. Cornerstone, ServiceNow)

  • Partner with local and global teams on the implementation of new systems and initiatives across Learning Community

  • Support the development of training content and delivery as needed.

  • Service Delivery

  • Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery for customers serviced.

  • Implement processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement as well as service enhancement.

  • Ensure end to end ownership of resolution

  • Ensure operations according to defined KPIs and SLAs.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in line with the countries, customers, and regulations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with peers within the region and globally to ensure the Global Learning Services network provides consistent and effective services to our customers

  • Achieve our People Support Solutions vision by driving global consistency through collaboration.

Who you are

  • You bring the following skills and competencies:

  • Experience in a shared service center, preferably in an HR services environment.

  • Proven track record of being able to deliver in a matrix organization.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple, competing priorities.

  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and multicultural environment working across borders.

  • Experience effectively working in a matrix organisation across geographies and divisions.

  • Core capabilities include:

  • Collaborate and partner with business, Learning Center of Excellence, Learning IT, local and global stakeholders to support strategy, design and processes that deliver global objectives. Includes analysis, process harmonization, improvements,system innovations, enhancements, functionality.

Further requirements

  • We are seeking an individual with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent

  • 2+ years’ experience as Learning Analyst, HRIS Analyst, HR Business Analyst, or similar role

  • Prior Learning Management system support experience or equivalent

  • Experience in gathering and documenting end-user requirements

  • Experience in developing and executing end-user training

  • Experience in creating ‘use case’ test cases and organizing and executing system testing

  • Fluent in English required, additional languages a plus, based on region (i.e. German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)

Where pay transparency applies, details are provided based on the primary posting location. For this role, the primary location is Petaling Jaya.
