Senior Customer Service Representative – Industry – Budapest, Hungary

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Services Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional service and mentoring others. In this role, you’ll not only resolve complex enquiries but also act as a subject matter expert, helping elevate our customer service standards.
This role reports to the Customer Service Manager, IND. and is based in the GSSE, Budapest, Hungary
What you’ll do:
Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and speed.
Prepare technical quotations and offers, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Act as a knowledge resource for the team, sharing expertise and best practices.
Support process improvements and participate in projects that enhance customer experience.
Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM.
Your background:
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, ideally within Grundfos or similar industry.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of products and processes.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP CRM.
Ability to lead by example and mentor colleagues.
Good command of English (written and verbal)
