Role summary:
The HR Technology Analyst manages and maintains Flowserve HR’s digital ecosystem, overseeing system documentation and training for teams. This role handles configuration, supports process improvements, ensures data quality, and acts as a subject matter expert while collaborating with business partners to meet functional needs.
Your role:
Serve as a technical point of contact for HR Data & Technology
Provide Tier 2 support for tickets pertaining to HR Systems.
Proactively engage with Tier 1 support (Customer Care) associates for ongoing assistance and development of the team. Develop, review, and update system documentation cyclically, during release changes, and new implementation.
Troubleshoot system and security issues by doing thorough problem analysis, including problem re-creation and root cause analysis resulting in issue resolution and suggestions for future mitigation.
Participate in data quality and data audit exercises that ensure data integrity
Collaborate with Technology Partners and Centers of Excellence to document instructions for recurring system processes and/or modifications and perform processes when appropriate. Coordinate with Tier 3 Technology Partners to identify tasks and/or processes that can move to the support team and create documentation for transitioning tasks.
Take lead on simple configuration changes including documentation, testing, migration, communication and hyper-care.
Respond to requests from internal and external auditors by researching requests and preparing control documentation.
Your profile:
Prior experience with Workday and case management systems is desired.
Knowledge of HR functions and business rules including payroll, compensation, recruiting, and staffing practices and benefits
Experience performing administrative tasks in HR information systems, preferably Workday (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Reporting); Workday Pro Certifications are a plus
Experience administering and utilizing case management systems, such as Neocase
Experience performing system configurations including testing, writing test scripts, and supporting UAT.
Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes, and HR data quality.
