We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you will work to ensure high-quality financial data, reliable reporting, and strong support for business decision-making.
You will be responsible for collecting, structuring, and maintaining financial information, performing reconciliations and checks, and helping teams across the business understand and use financial data in a practical way. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer planning.
What you will do
Collect, structure, and maintain financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Perform regular reconciliations, basic financial checks, and controls
Support business decision-making by preparing clear and reliable financial analyses
Help establish clear planning principles, including gross-to-net and “one number” approaches, and support other teams in applying them in daily work
Support preparation and evaluation of detailed customer and category plans based on marketing priorities, shopper insights, and customer strategies
Analyze promotion and assortment plans using research data and translate findings into clear financial perspectives
Support sales capacity planning by providing financial insights for smooth execution of category activities
Assist in monitoring and optimizing trade promotion spending to ensure effective use of investments
Take part in customer planning reviews to identify opportunities in forecasting, trade investment, and in-store activities
Track key performance indicators related to sales and customer performance and provide clear reporting
Support cross-functional projects related to revenue growth management from a financial planning and analysis perspective
Cooperate closely with sales, customer planning, and marketing teams to provide financial clarity and insight
What we are looking for
Experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or controlling
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work with large sets of data and turn them into meaningful insights
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments
Proactive approach and willingness to learn and improve processes
