We are looking for a Strategy Excellence professional for EMEA region, who will operate at regional executive level and will lead the deployment of the EMEA Strategic Planning process, with disciplined follow-up across Strategic Marketing and Offer Management workstreams.
The role serves as the central orchestration point for EMEA-wide strategic initiatives, enabling leadership alignment, clear prioritization, and disciplined execution.
The position reports to the EMEA Segment Strategy and Offer Management Director and partners closely with EMEA executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
Operating in a matrix environment, the role combines strategic framing with hands-on orchestration and performance governance, while integrating customer, market, and external perspectives into regional strategy discussions.
The role is available for the following locations:
Turkey - Ankara & Istanbul
Czech Republic - Prague
Hungary - Budapest
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise strategy and prioritization
Lead coordination of the EMEA strategic planning process across business units, segments and functions
Structure strategic topics, options, and recommendations to support leadership reviews, arbitration, and decision-making
Drive prioritization of initiatives, resources, and focus areas to support growth, profitability, and capital efficiency across EMEA
Ensure alignment between regional strategy, segment strategies, and execution plans
Strategy orchestration and governance
Act as the central orchestration point for EMEA strategic initiatives across businesses, regions, and functions
Prepare and structure strategy reviews, leadership forums, and executive materials
Ensure stakeholder alignment ahead of leadership meetings and key decisions
Support executive leadership in making growth, investment, and portfolio trade-offs across businesses
Shape and maintain coherent strategic narratives across initiatives and leadership forums
Execution excellence and follow-through
Monitor progress of strategic initiatives against agreed milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
Identify execution risks, misalignment, or performance gaps and drive corrective actions with initiative owners
Reinforce execution discipline, accountability, and transparency across initiatives, while operating as a strategic orchestrator
Performance management and strategic insight
Define, maintain, and govern EMEA performance dashboards and executive reporting
Lead targeted strategic and commercial analyses to support leadership decisions, including market, customer, and business performance deep dives
Leverage systems and data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
Customer experience and NPS governance
Own EMEA Net Promoter Score governance, reporting and executive-level synthesis
Ensure NPS insights are connected across the organization and translated into concrete improvement actions
Track execution and impact of customer-driven initiatives
Operating model and excellence
Support deployment of Eaton Business System to enable strategy execution and continuous improvement
Strengthen governance, cadence, and decision-making processes across EMEA strategic initiatives
Leadership and stakeholder engagement
Partner closely with EMEA executive leadership and senior stakeholders across businesses and functions
Influence without direct authority through strong executive communication, clarity, and trust
Foster collaboration and alignment across regions, segments, and functions in a matrix organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor´s degree in technical studies or/and marketing, MBA or equivalent preferred
5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or equivalent roles in a complex, matrix organization
Strong strategic judgment combined with hands-on execution orientation
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority
Strong business and financial acumen
Executive presence with clear, structured, and concise communication skills
Relevant industry/sector experience
Willingness to travel 40%
Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills with the ability to be persuasive in front of own sales people, customers, partners, industry influencers, competitors, policymakers
Self-starter, energetic with great collaboration skills in a matrix environment
Team player across geographies, product lines and functions
