Overview
Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition EMENA is seeking aCustomer Service Representative with Hungarian.
location: Budapest (Hungary)
2days HO/week
In this role, you will act as a key link between our Sales teams, Supply Chain Planning, and Operations. You will support commercial activities, manage end‑to‑end order processing, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of our products across your dedicated regions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, and keeping processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Main responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team
Coordinate internal activities to support commercial objectives in your region
Ensure efficient and accurate end-to-end order processing
Maintain customer files and administrative documentation
Support order forecasting by preparing reports and contacting customers
Collect, verify, and maintain customer master data
Provide timely , professional customer service
Collaborate with Finance to follow up on overdue invoices
Plan shipments and issue instructions to the warehouse when required
Act as backup for colleagues in Customer Service and Logistics during absences
Qualifications
What will make you successful?
Bachelor's degree
Experience in a customer service and/or supply chain environment
Strong communication and client-facing skills
A proactive mindset and a positive, growth-oriented attitude
Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Ability to work independently and take initiative
