Citigroup Continuity of Business Lead Analyst in Budapest, Hungary
The Continuity of Business Lead Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring business continuity and recovery. This involves analyzing business processes, identifying potential disruptions, and developing solutions to mitigate risks. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Citi's Enterprise Resilience program, including executing annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) testing and documentation within the Fusion system.
Lead BCP development and ensure accurate documentation and testing.
Produce clear and concise requirements documentation, both written and diagrammatic.
Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with senior business sponsors to achieve consensus and drive organizational alignment.
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, demonstrating sound ethical judgment and maintaining transparency.
Required Skills and Experience:
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.
Fluency in English
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
Experience with technology project management, data modelling, and workflow mapping and working with internal/external audit/regulatory or control groups or in Risk Management role (preferred).
Advanced project management, data analysis, and reporting skills, including familiarity with relevant technologies (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
