As our new Compensation and Benefit Analyst, you will be collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to execute job evaluations, conduct benefits benchmarking, and administer end-to-end global compensation processes that keep Grundfos competitive in the market. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Global Rewards team, you'll create impact by analyzing and shaping compensation and benefits programs that ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across our global workforce.
Your main responsibilities include:
Conduct job evaluations and determine appropriate pay grades using Mercer's IPE methodology, collaborating with HR Business Partners
Manage and submit compensation and benefits data to Mercer in accordance with our global contract, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support the annual merit increase and incentive payment processes, providing analytical and administrative executionPerform benefits benchmarking studies and ad hoc analyses to ensure our offerings remain market competitive in collaboration with our Head of Global Benefits and Country HR colleagues
Prepare compensation and benefits reports, generate insights, and deliver training sessions to HR and line management on reward programs
Provide day-to-day compensation support through ServiceNow, resolving inquiries under the guidance of the Regional Senior Compensation Specialist
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are an analytical and collaboration-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills, an execution mindset, and the ability to both crunch the numbers and derive clear, actionable meaning from them.
We would also imagine that you have:
Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Strategy, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
It is a plus if you also:
Knowledge of Mercer's IPE job evaluation methodology
Understanding of global compensation and benefits processes and practices
Proficiency in an additional European language
