Job Title: Skilled Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking Laborers in Buda, TX. You will be integral in building forms, specifically aluminum boxes, used by construction companies for pouring concrete.
Responsibilities
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Shape and handle rebar.
Construct aluminum boxes and other forms for concrete.
Move forms and heavy materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Conduct site clean-up.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor, construction, or production.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Familiarity with concrete work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience with construction, concrete, and/or precast companies is preferred.

Work Environment
Work in an indoor/outdoor manufacturing facility that resembles a construction site. We provide a hard hat, safety glasses, and vest, but you must bring your own steel-toed boots. Aerotek will provide the met guards. The day shift starts at either 5 am or 6 am and typically runs 8-10 hours daily from Monday to Friday, with regular half-day shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
