McDonald's Maintenance Technician in BUCKEYE LAKE, Ohio
Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $30+ per hour starting (based on experience)

Position Overview:
Harper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred) • Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipment • Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Respond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locations
Maintain building systems including lighting, doors, parking lot, and general facility upkeep
Ensure all work follows McDonald’s safety and operational standards
Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and vehicles
Qualifications:
HVAC or Refrigeration experience preferred but not required
Experience in commercial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenance • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in restaurant environments
