McDonald's Maintenance Technician in BUCKEYE LAKE, Ohio

Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay: $30+ per hour starting (based on experience)

Position Overview:

Harper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred) • Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipment • Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed

  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

  • Respond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locations

  • Maintain building systems including lighting, doors, parking lot, and general facility upkeep

  • Ensure all work follows McDonald’s safety and operational standards

  • Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and vehicles

Qualifications:

  • HVAC or Refrigeration experience preferred but not required

  • Experience in commercial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenance • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in restaurant environments
