Mars Trade Marketing & Event Lead Pet Professional (Central East Europe) in Bucharest, Romania
Job Description:
The Trade Marketing & Events Lead Pet Professional leads and develops the entire Pet Professional online trade marketing materials.
It is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all trade marketing actions in the markets, in order to support business growth, boost recommendation and ensure the perfect execution of the priorities.
It is accountable and has an active collaboration and support of the sales teams to reinforce partnership with customers, in order to achieve the Company´s goals and ambitions, aligned with our mission and Vision
The goal is to accelerate health outcomes & profitable growth by ensuring the availability and visibility of our portfolio in our customers, partners and at key events
This role is the point of contact and will own the delivery of the scale events in market and offer support for the implementation of the smaller events to be managed by the team members
This role sits on the Growth Acceleration and Market Strategy leadership team
Close work and collaboration with regional trade marketing and BAPO teams, Cluster MSD teams and cluster sales teams
Feeds into the key S&OP+ steps to get sign off on Major events or national campaigns

What will be your key responsibilities?
Define and implement all the Trade Marketing activities , online, in clinic and at show in order to improve health outcomes & increase sales, ensuring that the Team consistently delivers market leading plans and execution.
Measure and analyse the results of these plans and activities, aiming for efficiency and efficacy increase.
Ensure the Nutrition category recommendation and growth through Joint Business Planning with our partners and customers.
Ensure that the team provides our distinctive assets to the sales representatives, based on the analysis of competitors, market trends and internal portfolio.
Leadership and coordination of agencies, suppliers, cross-functional teams and build critical relationship with the global content factory
Budget planning and management.
Accountable and responsible for the participation and the brand image in major activations and events.
Coordinate the cluster execution in line with priorities of Sales Efficiency
Works closely with the PRO Regional team to ensure and drive the digitalization of PRO strategy within the cluster.
Implement and deploy digital services at the service of Breeders at cluster level, or Breeder services, including Royal Start, Easy Reco platform, R2C and the B2B CRM.
In close cooperation with the sales team proactively drive the internal adoption of the Digital Business Services and help develop the sell in story where needed.
