As a Software Engineer I, you will join our International Support team, where you will provide technical and functional expertise to clients, troubleshoot issues, and develop or maintain custom code.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least 1 year of Oracle Health product implementation or support experience, at least 1 year of Oracle Health custom coding experience, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
Provide incident resolution and application maintenance
Perform troubleshooting investigations in front-end and back-end applications
Develop or maintain custom code for clients and internal stakeholders
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of an investigation
Prioritize work based on severity and urgency
Travel up to 20%
Mentor and coach teams
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Work from the Bucharest office 5 days per week
