What You'll Do for Us
Influence beliefs/perceptions with a focus on public opinion to protect and promote the reputation of the organization.
​Support the development, creation, and implementation of a long-term strategy to protect and enhance the reputation of the Coca-Cola system, including collaborating with the Strategic Communications and Political Strategy & Advocacy team to develop relevant thought leadership platforms.
Collaborate with Stakeholder & Social Impact team and Public Policy team to align on policy positions, messaging and engagement with non-government national policy stakeholders and influencers to advance policies that drive our business goals and company reputation.
Influence beliefs/perceptions with a focus on government policy and legislative direction to improve the organization's regulatory and economic environments.
Actively involve with the communities in which the organization operates to aid and address social, economic, and environmental challenges and promote the organization's image in a positive way.
Offer public education/awareness programs to community members as an act of goodwill.
Represent the organization's position on legislation and regulatory affairs to elected representatives and their staffs; liaise with officials and staffs in agencies and organizations e.g. trade, industry.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Master Degree in communications, journalism, public affairs or related field.
7+ years proven experience in maintaining and enhancing relations with external audiences.
Strong understanding of public opinion and government policy, and the ability to influence beliefs/perceptions.
Experience in community engagement and addressing social, economic, and environmental challenges.
Experience in offering public education/awareness programs to community members.
Experience in representing an organization's position on legislation and regulatory affairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address the root cause of a problem.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence business decisions and communicate with executive leadership.
