Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Specialist: SAP FIN CO, you will support SAP FIN Controlling solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP FIN Controlling solutions to meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies.
• Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, focusing on successful project delivery and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.
• Integrate Packaged Technology Solutions: Utilize business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.
• Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Focus on ensuring successful project delivery, leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies.
Required technical and professional expertise
Requirements: Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant, preferably in S/4HANA projects.
Proven experience in leading Fit/Gap workshops with clients.
Deep knowledge of SAP CO components: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing.
Solid experience with Margin Analysis (CO‑PA in S/4HANA).
Experience with Transfer Pricing processes and intercompany flows.
Strong process design and solution configuration expertise in SAP CO within S/4 environments.
Ability to lead functional topics and coordinate a small team.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of FI‑CO integration and cross‑functional dependencies.
Fluent English.
Nice to have: SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance certification.
Previous experience as team lead in international SAP projects.
Experience in greenfield S/4HANA implementations.
Preferred technical and professional experience
