Your role and responsibilities

As an SAP ABAP HANA Developer, you will be part of a newly forming delivery team, contributing hands-on to SAP ABAP HANA development activities across a mixed delivery and support environment. You will work under the guidance of a technical lead, collaborating with local and international stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable SAP solutions to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and enhancing SAP ABAP solutions optimized for SAP HANA environments

• Contributing to the delivery of medium-complexity development tasks across implementation and support activities

• Working with CDS Views (design and/or consumption) and applying modern ABAP development practices

• Ensuring performance-aware coding aligned with SAP HANA best practices and guidelines

• Collaborating within Agile/SCRUM teams, using tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow

• Supporting continuous improvement through learning, certification, and knowledge sharing

Required technical and professional expertise

• 4+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with hands-on exposure to SAP HANA environments

• Practical experience developing and optimizing ABAP solutions for SAP HANA, including performance-aware coding

• Experience working with CDS Views (design and/or consumption)

• Working knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and data modeling concepts

• Experience using ABAP Development Tools (ADT)

• Experience working in project-based, client-facing delivery environments

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Exposure to SAP Fiori Elements or SAP UI5 (custom or standard applications)

• Experience or interest in SAP BTP and side-by-side extensions

• Familiarity with analytics, KPIs, or data visualization concepts
