Join IBM Consulting’s Client Innovation Center in Romania and contribute to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations within the banking industry.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will work in an Agile project environment focused primarily on enhancement initiatives, collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
You will act as an independent contributor, participating in development, code reviews, and technical discussions while supporting modern DevOps practices.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implementing business logic through Triggers, Flows, and declarative tools
• Supporting integrations with external systems (APIs, MuleSoft, etc.)
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to development best practices
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes
Required technical and professional expertise
• Min. 4+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex & LWC)
• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
• Understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Salesforce App Builder certification
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience working in financial services environments
