Honeywell Lead HR Services Administrator - hybrid in Bucharest, Romania
This role will support the pre-boarding process of new hires, for the EMEA region (primarily Romania). It will provide guidance and support to quickly resolve employee questions while directing employees to proper delivery channels. Provide flawless end to end execution of Human Resource services and processes to support business objectives. Build easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of Human Resource solutions. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive and global Human Resources organization.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

End to End new hire onboarding process and candidate and hiring manager engagement activities
Pre-employment screening support and administration. Act as Focal Point and Engagement Leader between HR organization and Onboarding Team
Collaborate on special projects. Ensure positive and efficient customer experience through effective delivery and execution of HR services and processes
Point of escalation, advice stakeholders and other job-related job
Manage and analyze data and provide administrative support, standardize processes
Fluent English, Romanian - mandatory, French/ German/ Italian - nice to have
Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters
Project management skills. Exposure to difficult or complex projects while managing multiple priorities
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change and to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution
