Honeywell Lead Cyber Security Architect in Bucharest, Romania
We have an opportunity for a Lead Cyber Security Architect/Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest. Be part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats
Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements
Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
Work with R&D teams during the development phase and advise on security best-practices
Help developers review code analysis reports
Report on the security state of a currently developed software product
Collaborate with and direct security testers
Key skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security or Software Engineering\Computer Science or relevant work experience
5+ years of network/product architect background is a must
Fluency in business/technical English
Proven experience with OT/IT SOC – SIEM/SOAR solutions
Experience with Manages Security Services
Experience with Cloud architecture solutions
Strong and profound knowledge of computer networks
Passion for Cyber Security, hacking and bleeding edge security
Strong personal integrity and accountability
We Value
Experience designing products for Purdue Model
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server security
Experience in developing software
Information Security certification like CISSP or CEH
Understanding various software development lifecycles
Experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) architecture
Experience in security testing like penetration testing, Web Application XSS testing
Experience with static code analysis software reports
Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
Effective communication skills
Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
