Overview
Tremend is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, where you will play a key role in delivering and implementing business initiatives related to banking machines and card solutions. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable card processing solutions across issuing, acquiring, and self-service channels.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for banking card solutions (Debit/Credit, Issuing, Acquiring).
Collaborate closely with IT teams, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout solution design, implementation, and testing phases.
Monitor card transaction flows and ensure compliance with industry standards and internal processing rules.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum projects, using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and documentation.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks related to card and banking operations.
Contribute to the implementation, integration, and enhancement of banking machines (e.g., ATMs and Multi-Function Machines), ensuring alignment between business requirements, technical capabilities, and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics, IT, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis and project implementation within the banking/cards domain.
Solid knowledge of SQL and system integrations.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with REST APIs is considered a strong advantage.
Experience or knowledge of card tokenization solutions (e.g., digital wallets, secure token services) is a plus.
Previous exposure to banking machines is a plus, including:
ATM integration and testing
Multi-Function Machines (MFM)
