Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Platform, you will design, build, and maintain applications that automate business processes and create engaging user experiences. Your expertise in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agent, and Copilot will enable you to deliver innovative solutions that streamline workflows and leverage conversational AI. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and support applications that leverage the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on automating business processes and enhancing user experiences through conversational AI. • Build and Maintain Applications: Use PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agent, and Copilot to develop and maintain applications that meet business requirements and drive workflow efficiency. • Streamline Workflows: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities. • Deliver User Experiences: Design and implement engaging user experiences through conversational AI, ensuring seamless interactions and effective solution adoption. • Support Solution Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery, providing expertise and guidance on Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and best practices.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Microsoft Power Platform Expertise: Experience with designing, building, and maintaining applications using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agent, and Copilot, with a focus on automating business processes and creating engaging user experiences through conversational AI. * Application Development Skills: Experience with developing and maintaining applications that meet business requirements and drive workflow efficiency using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities. * Conversational AI Knowledge: Experience with designing and implementing conversational AI solutions that enable seamless interactions and effective solution adoption. * Workflow Optimization: Experience with analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to automate and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities. * Solution Delivery Expertise: Experience with collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery, providing expertise and guidance on Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and best practices.

Must-have skills: * 2-4 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven). * Good understanding of Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI integration. * Proficiency with formulas, expressions, and data modeling within the Power Platform. * Familiarity with Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and connectors. * Experience in testing, debugging, and deploying Power Platform solutions. * Solid understanding of role-based access, environment strategy, and ALM principles.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Conversational AI Design: Experience with designing and implementing conversational AI solutions that enable seamless interactions and effective solution adoption, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities to create engaging user experiences. • Workflow Optimization Analysis: Experience with analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to automate and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Platform capabilities, streamlining workflows and driving efficiency. • Solution Delivery Collaboration: Experience with collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery, providing expertise and guidance on Microsoft Power Platform capabilities and best practices to drive business outcomes.

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or PowerShell scripting. • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Power BI governance concepts. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and DevOps pipelines for Power Platform. Soft Skills • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams. • Curious and eager to learn new Power Platform capabilities and AI integrations.
