IBM Anaplan Consultant in Bucharest, Romania
Introduction
Client operations' team maintain and enhance Anaplan models for the Group Business entities (around 20 worldwide entities).
This position is opened to provide support (maintenance and enhancement) of client entities Finance and HR models.
These applications are under the supervision of client Anaplan Product Owner based in France.
Your role and responsibilities
Services:
Delivery with Agile methodology:
- Maintain models and correct defects in alignment with SLA defined by client
Request will be sent through ticket.
Process user access requests and master data update
Assess, Estimate and Design solution change (enhancement)
Implement and test after validation of design
Support users during User Acceptance Tests
Manage and update ticketing tool
Direct relationship and support with business
Update user guide
Manage release in PROD
Deliverables:
Anaplan Models change and model building with respect of SLA and Quality of delivery
Synchronization of environments according to process
Tickets creation and update end to end (closed status)
Documentation updates (Solution design, test script, user guide)Soft Expertise:
Customer Centric and reactivity.
Structured, Rigorous, Dynamic and Collaborative
Capacity to analyze and investigate proactively
Capacity to improve and to perform continuous learning (innovation centric)
Required technical and professional expertise
Anaplan Certified Model Builder (Level 1 model building, Level 2 Model building, Anaplan Way) is mandatory. mandatory
Knowledge of Agile Methodology (Scrum mainly). Optional
Anaplan Level 3 training completed will be a plus.Optional
Knowledge of IT development best practices for Design, Build, Test and Release in PROD. mandatory
BI, Data or Analytics skills is a plus.Optional
Experience in other EPM tools will be a plus. Optional
