We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Substitute Teachers to join our team! We will assist teachers and staff in providing instructional support to students, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with educators to support student success and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
Substitutes ( Teachers ) - $95/Day
Substitutes ( ParaEducators ) - $12.50/hr
Substitutes ( NC Teacher Certified ) - $115/Day
Key Responsibilities:
Follow lesson plans and curriculum provided by the regular classroom teacher.
Assist teachers with classroom activities and instructional support. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning. Support students with special needs by providing accommodations and assistance. Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess to ensure safety. Help prepare materials and classroom setups for lessons and activities. Provide behavioral support and encourage positive student interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans. Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents when needed.
Qualifications: Education: [High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred] Experience: Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus. Skills: Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and adaptability. Certifications:If applicable, NC Teacher Certified, insert CPR, First Aid, or other required certifications]
