Overview:

Global Medical Device & Technology Company is seeking a MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) Coordinator to support the day to day operations of MRL review and approval process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage VeevaVault by actively working on 30-40 open tasks per process flow to ensure timely completion.

  • Determine reviewer assignments within regulatory and legal teams and evaluate the progression of documents through the review process.

  • Maintain effective communication with task owners to meet project timelines.

  • Understand and execute MLR review policies to support the materials review and approval process.

  • Provide process guidance and issue resolution for stakeholders, escalating as necessary.

  • Collaborate with business leads to establish and facilitate review meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Support materials lifecycle management, including identifying expiring claims and materials.

  • Assist with data hygiene and user training within the Veeva Vault system.

  • Support onboarding and refresher training for content owners, reviewers, and end users.

  • Document best practices and lessons learned to improve process efficiencies.

  • Manage the TruSource SharePoint site and monitor the user email box for inquiries or escalation.

  • Oversee Veeva Vault PromoMats user licensing to ensure efficient utilization.

  • Coordinate the materials print-on-demand program and support localization efforts.

  • Organize logistics for TruSource Oversight and SuperUsers Committee meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and distribution of materials

    Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience with content review and approval processes, preferably in a regulated environment such as medical devices.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SharePoint and Veeva Vault PromoMats is a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital and print design processes and related software.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities proactively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving roles.
