Mega Space of BCS LLC Marketing -Sales Manager in Bryan, Texas

Mega Space of BCS LLC is seeking a dedicated professional to lead and develop marketing initiatives that drive business growth and brand visibility. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with company objectives and target market segments
  • Oversee creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, website, and paid advertising
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and report on campaign performance
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and design teams to optimize promotional strategies and support business goals
  • Supervise the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online assets
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand presence
  • Organize and support special events, trade shows, and sponsorships to promote company offerings
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within marketing efforts
  • Track and report key performance metrics using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and inform improvements
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with marketing software and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media tools)
