We are reinforcing our Digital Strategy and Advisory ( Business Consulting) International Organisations Public Sector team and looking for a Manager to join our team in Brussels.
Your role:
Develop and execute account strategies for DG TAXUD, EIB, ECB, EIF.
Develop an active business development approach
Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders based on trust and value delivery.
Identify opportunities, lead proposal writing, and manage tender processes for public procurement.
Lead consulting projects in digital transformation, business strategy
Define methodologies, manage scope, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Supervise and coach teams of consultants.
Mentor and grow a team of international business consultants.
Share expertise and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
Your profile:
Master’s in business administration, Economics, Engineering
9+ years post-graduate experience in management consulting.
Proven track record in business development and account management for European Institutions, specifically for DG TAXUD, EIB, ECB, EIF.
Experience in public procurement, proposal writing, and bid management.
Strong background in digital transformation and organizational change projects.
Fluent in English; French is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Nice to have:
Experience in European public sector consulting.
Versatile, resilient profile with critical thinking and adaptability.
