Job Title: Intern, Digital Marketing (6 months)

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Reports to: Sr Demand Generation Manager

Job Overview:

Are you looking for hands-on marketing experience where your work contributes to real campaigns and measurable results?

We’re looking for a proactive and curious intern to support digital marketing programmes that generate leads and support business growth.

You’ll work closely with experienced marketers and gain practical exposure to campaign execution, marketing operations, and performance analysis in a B2B environment.

Professional working proficiency in English is required, as all marketing content, tools, and reporting are in English.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of demand generation activities, including:

  • Assisting with the build and launch of digital marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content promotions, and similar initiatives)

  • Creating and scheduling emails and landing pages using Marketo

  • Supporting campaign tracking, lead management, and handoff processes

  • Segmenting audiences and managing marketing lists

  • Testing campaigns prior to launch to ensure accuracy and functionality

  • Tracking campaign performance and contributing to basic analysis and reporting

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams

  • Helping maintain accurate, well-organised marketing data

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)

  • Interested in data-driven marketing decisions

  • Affinity for technical subjects or B2B tech a plus

    Bonus Points:

  • Experience with email campaigns or marketing tools (Marketo a plus)

  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic analytics
