Job Description
Join a dynamic team in Brunswick, ME as a Machinist where you will be responsible for setting up, tooling changes, and operating milling machines to produce various components and materials.
Responsibilities
Perform full machine setup and tooling changes.
Operate milling machines efficiently.
Produce a variety of components and materials.
Maintain high standards of precision and safety.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience with similar machinery or equivalent schooling.
Proficiency in machine operation and machining.
Experience with forklift operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 years of experience as a machinist, CNC preferred.
G Code experience and programming knowledge preferred.
Ability to read and interpret written communications.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.

Work Environment
Work in a large open warehouse, assembly department, and machine shop with plenty of natural light. The facility is not temperature controlled, but features large garage bays and fans for cooling. Wired headphones are permitted during shifts. Steel or composite toe shoes are required, with safety glasses provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brunswick, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
