Machine Operator – Brunswick, ME
Brunswick, ME | $25 - $30/hr | Contract-to-Hire
What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll be an important part of our production team. You will:
Set up and operate milling machines to produce high‑quality components
Keep machines running smoothly, safely, and efficiently
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment
Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
Uphold safety and quality standards in every part of the process
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced: 1–2 years in machine operation (CNC experience is a big plus )
Detail‑oriented and reliable
Able to read and follow written instructions
A strong communicator and team player
Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivated with a positive, get‑it-done attitude
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
Machining or forklift experience
General labor experience

You’ll work in a bright, open warehouse and machine shop with natural light, large garage bays, and fans to keep things comfortable in warmer months.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
