The Day Porter will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager performing variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordance with established standards, instructions, and procedures of C&W Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned. Management also reserves the right to change or modify this position description from time to time to meet the needs of the site and/or building(s)

  • Sweep, mop, and wash floors & other surfaces

  • Vacuum rugs and spot clean as needed

  • Clean and dust furniture; clean interior glass

  • Clean bathrooms and restock paper supply daily

  • Collect building trash daily

  • Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways during winter months

  • Perform periodic work: High dusting, leather and wood surfaces, polishing, wall washing

  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team

  • Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check

  • Requires attention to detail and pride in work completed

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $16.15 - $19.00
