Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be part of the HR support team supporting administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: Brunswick, GA
Pay Range: $18.00
Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Overtime may be required)
What's the Job?
Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers, providing excellent customer service and support.
Manage employee timeclocks and assist with timekeeping administration to ensure accurate records.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department, including maintaining confidential employee files.
Communicate effectively with office staff, executive leadership, and warehouse personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
Assist with general office duties and support various projects to enhance daily operations.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, for data management and reporting.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster clear and professional interactions.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Professional demeanor and strong customer-service skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
