Job Title: Production Team Member/Assembler - 1st Shift
Job Description
The Production Team Member will assist in all aspects of manufacturing precast beams and hollow core product lines. This role involves interpreting blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. The team member will adhere to instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions effectively, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Responsibilities
Build and assemble concrete forms for pouring structural precast products.
Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation according to construction plans.
Accurately read a tape measure and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure structural integrity.
Operate hand and power tools commonly used in concrete construction.
Stress and secure rebar strands for structural stability.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in construction and general production techniques.
Experience with hand tools and concrete construction.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Familiarity with assembly processes.
Ability to lift 50-75lbs regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in working with concrete forms and rebar.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
Must pass a drug test (no THC) and physical examination.

Work Environment
This is a 1st shift position, working approximately 50 hours per week. The normal hours are 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some days extending to 5pm. Candidates must be flexible and able to work sporadic weekends as needed. The role involves working both inside and outside in various weather conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
