Saint-Gobain Cycle Counter in Brownsburg, Indiana
In this role, the Cycle Counter maintains and handles flow of materials and products in distribution areas according to established guidelines. Will have the ability to operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment to move product in and out of various locations in effort to investigate, update and count items. This role requires accuracy, physical stamina and attention to detail all while adhering to the company standards of safety, security and productivity. - -

Responsibilities:
Cycle Counting and Bin Checks
Product Put Back
Gratis Consolidation
Ensuring incoming and outgoing materials are accurate and free of damage or errors by precise inspection
Assist receiving and replenishment departments with placing and moving materials accurately
Investigating misplaced product and resolving discrepancies
Follow the Saint-Gobain Golden rules of Safety and all OSHA standards, reporting all concerns to the Supervisor

High school dimploma or GED preferred or 1+ year of relevant work experience in a warehouse setting in lieu of
1 + years experience in warehouse cycle counting or inventory control, required
Familiar with voice pick and/or radio frequency equipment
Ability to count accurately and perform basic math
Ability to pass OSHA approved Jungheinrich material handling certification
Ability to tolerate exposure to modest amounts of heat, cold, dust, noise, and vibrations
Must have good visual acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision
Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to maintain a high level of frequency & intensity in other physical activities including, but not limited to reaching, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, stooping, kneeling & crouching
Ability to operate a stock picker (SP) or willingness to learn
Ability to work at heights
