Position Overview for the Customer Support Specialist :
- Handles inbound customer calls and email inquiries related to orders, quotes, and account support.
- Utilizes critical thinking skills to resolve detailed customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Collaborates with sales, logistics, technical support, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, primarily involving quotes and order processing.
- Proficiently uses office software and platforms including Microsoft Office and the company's ERP and CRM systems.

``` - High School Diploma or equivalent required - 2-3 years of progressive work experience performing administrative tasks, data-entry, interacting with customers, managing process or other related responsibilities required - 3-5 years related, high-volume customer support, sales and/or account management experience required, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, wholesale or distribution environment - Proficient in the use of computers, printers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint - Ability to quickly develop proficiency in Viega's ERP and CRM platforms
