NOW HIRING: Accounts Payable Specialist (West Houston)
A growing fabrication company in far West Houston is looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to the team ASAP!
What they’re looking for:
3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (100+ invoices/day)
Strong 3-way matching skills
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) + solid PDF handling
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple systems (Sage/MAS is a plus!)
Strong communication skills—able to work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Vendors to resolve discrepancies
