Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Pay Range: $18.50 - $20.00/hour

Position Type : 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM

What's the Job?

• Receive all materials from manufacturing facilities and vendors

• Check and place materials in the correct bins, ensuring accuracy

• Inspect materials against manifests and report discrepancies

• Assist in packing and preparing materials for shipment

• Support inventory counts and fulfill customer orders efficiently

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience

• Ability to learn computer systems for inventory checks

• Physical ability to perform continuous exertion, including lifting 50 lbs

• Ability to operate equipment such as a lift truck and saw safely after converting to full-time
