Mechanical Assemblers – All Shifts • $21–$23/hr • Excellent Benefits • Real Career Growth

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, tape measures, etc.)

  • Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate, high‑quality builds

  • Prepare panels for painting, including applying insulation and hanging parts

  • Package completed assemblies and prepare orders for shipment

  • Cross‑train in multiple departments to expand your skills and keep your workday interesting

What You Bring

  • At least 6 months of mechanical assembly experience

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable reading blueprints and using a tape measure

  • Mechanically inclined and confident with power tools

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

You’ll work in a metal manufacturing environment—similar to an auto body shop. Expect a hands‑on, active role where you’ll stay busy and get a little dirty.

  • Non‑union facility

  • Steel‑toed boots required

  • Pants and short‑ or long‑sleeve shirts

  • Multiple shifts available, including first shift and weekend shift

  • Some mandatory overtime may occur

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
