Mechanical Assemblers – All Shifts • $21–$23/hr • Excellent Benefits • Real Career Growth

What You’ll Do
Assemble hatches and panels using hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, torque tools, tape measures, etc.)
Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate, high‑quality builds
Prepare panels for painting, including applying insulation and hanging parts
Package completed assemblies and prepare orders for shipment
Cross‑train in multiple departments to expand your skills and keep your workday interesting
What You Bring
At least 6 months of mechanical assembly experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable reading blueprints and using a tape measure
Mechanically inclined and confident with power tools
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment
You’ll work in a metal manufacturing environment—similar to an auto body shop. Expect a hands‑on, active role where you’ll stay busy and get a little dirty.
Non‑union facility
Steel‑toed boots required
Pants and short‑ or long‑sleeve shirts
Multiple shifts available, including first shift and weekend shift
Some mandatory overtime may occur

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
