Medical Assembler

⭐ What You’ll Do
Assemble high‑quality catheters in a clean‑room environment
Perform detailed, microscope‑assisted work for about half of your day
Rotate through multiple stations with ongoing cross‑training
Complete bonding, gluing, cutting, manual assembly, and inspection tasks
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain quality and compliance
⭐ What You Bring
2–3 years of medical assembly or related manufacturing experience
Experience working in a clean‑room environment
Comfort with microscopes and fine‑detail, repetitive work
A positive, team‑first attitude and strong attention to detail
Bonus Skills
Experience with coiling, braiding, adhesives, or molding
Experience in catheter building or other precision medical device assembly

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
