Medical Assembler

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble high‑quality catheters in a clean‑room environment

  • Perform detailed, microscope‑assisted work for about half of your day

  • Rotate through multiple stations with ongoing cross‑training

  • Complete bonding, gluing, cutting, manual assembly, and inspection tasks

  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to maintain quality and compliance

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of medical assembly or related manufacturing experience

  • Experience working in a clean‑room environment

  • Comfort with microscopes and fine‑detail, repetitive work

  • A positive, team‑first attitude and strong attention to detail

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with coiling, braiding, adhesives, or molding

  • Experience in catheter building or other precision medical device assembly

Schedule & Work Environment

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

  • Optional overtime available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
