Job Title: Assembler II Job Description

The Assembler II is responsible for the meticulous assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components of packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications, ensuring that all equipment meets quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components.

  • Use hand and power tools for assembly according to blueprints and specifications.

  • Perform inspections and repairs to ensure equipment quality.

  • Support material handling tasks, including crating and forklift operation.

  • Manage inventory and documentation effectively.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

  • Occasionally travel between facilities in Brooklyn Park, Rogers, and Big Lake, MN.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in assembly using hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  • Experience with electronic and electrical assembly.

  • Familiarity with wiring and schematic diagrams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with custom order assembly at workstations.

  • Adaptability to varied day-to-day tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROOKLYN PARK, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
