Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and support small to mid-size projects within a business and technology environment. This role focuses on project delivery, process improvement, stakeholder management, and driving technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from initiation through implementation
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and project plans
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
Identify and define ambiguous processes and drive standardization
Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and cross-functional teams
Analyze current processes and recommend technology-driven improvements
Lead change management, communication, and training initiatives
Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Manage project financials including budgets and forecasts
Coordinate vendor engagement and resource planning
Prepare executive-level reports and project updates
Ensure alignment with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of project management or process improvement experience
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365)
Experience in financial services domain
PMP or similar project management certification
Agile, ADKAR, or Lean Six Sigma certifications
