LaSante Health Center Social Worker in Brooklyn, New York
LaSante Health Center, a community-focused FQHC serving Brooklyn, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW to provide full time behavioral health services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality care, teamwork, and serving a diverse Medicaid population.
Hybrid position:
· 2-3 days in office.
Pay:
· $60-$70+/session based on experience
Responsibilities:
Perform individual and family intakes
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
Conduct individual and family assessments and treatment for assigned cases
Obtain and secure Releases of Information from patients or authorized representatives
Complete medical record documentation in a timely manner
Participate in team meetings and clinical rounds as applicable
Engage in training, research opportunities, and ongoing professional development (including supervision, workshops, and self-care)
Collaborate with clinical leadership for supervision and training goals
Demonstrate understanding of developmental needs across children, adolescents, and adults
Maintain compliance with LaSante Health policies and procedures
Qualifications:
· Licensure as an LMSW/LCSW/LMHC in New York State
· Pediatric provider preferred
· Strong interpersonal skills
