You Will * Lead structured value-discovery conversations with logistics partners and Enterprise (importer) customers within contracted scope. * Translate supply chain, compliance, and risk challenges into clear, platform-driven use cases and customer journey narratives. * Enable logistics partner account managers with content, messaging, and enablement materials to successfully position and sell joint solutions. * Support pre- and post-sales engagements through tailored walkthroughs, use-case discussions, and value-focused demonstrations. * Identify and help advance joint expansion opportunities across partner and customer accounts. * Manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Product, and Delivery teams, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders. * Gather and synthesize user feedback and channel insights into product improvement and go-to-market discussions. * Help identify clear pathways from partner-led value to broader Enterprise adoption. * Contribute to repeatable enablement content, playbooks, and best practices that support scalable network growth.About You * 35 years of experience in a sales, account management, or revenue operations role within logistics, supply chain, global trade, or a related field, with exposure to commercial enablement a strong plus. * Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, especially as they relate to enterprise importer workflows, compliance, and risk management. * Demonstrated ability to connect business problems to technology-enabled solutions and clearly articulate value. * Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams, manage timelines, and drive initiatives forward. * Experience supporting adoption or expansion of SaaS or data-driven platforms. * Confident communicator, comfortable engaging operational, commercial, and partner stakeholders. * Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-focused. * Curious, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving environment.This role is based in Brooklyn, NY, USA with hybrid work flexibility and candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office.US Salary Range and Benefits$130,000 - $150,000 USDThe salary range, to the extent specified for this role, is a good faith statement of the minimum and maximum levels of the annual based salary for the position. The base salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on a wide range of compensation factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Altana's total compensation package.
