The Friends of Crown Heights Educational Centers, Inc. Human Resources Coordinator in Brooklyn, New York

Coordinating day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of data into HR systems; assisting the rest of the HR team with integrating culture standards consistent with the schools mission, vision and values into business practices and processes to ensure all employees experience and engage in supporting the desired work culture to increase awareness and understanding by employees and leaders; preparing and maintaining employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software; overseeing onboarding activities for all new hires to ensure complete and accurate information is collected and entered into the schools HR systems.
