Nelbud ## B2B Outside Sales Representative (Hunter) This is a field-based, hunter-focused outside sales role responsible for driving new business across the NYC and Boroughs area. Youll own the front end of the sales cycle by prospecting, building relationships, and closing new commercial customers for kitchen ventilation, fire protection, and related service solutions. * In-person, field-based role covering NYC and the Boroughs * Competitive base salary with bonus potential and uncapped commission, offering significant earning upside for high performers. * New business development role for driven, self-motivated sales professionals### Your Typical Day * Prospect and develop new B2B customers through cold outreach, in-person visits, referrals, and networking * Own your territory and pipeline with a hunter mentality * Conduct on-site meetings to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions * Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service agreements * Close new business and transition accounts to long-term support teams * Collaborate with operations, technicians, and inside sales to ensure successful onboarding * Track activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM### Who Are We?We modernize fire protection, kitchen exhaust hood cleaning, grease trap services, and related commercial kitchen solutions. * Hood kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair * Fire fire protection and suppression systems * Grease grease trap cleaning and line jetting### What Will You Bring? * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of B2B outside sales or new business development experience preferred * Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new business * Comfortable working independently in the field * Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills * Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceTrade, or similar preferred) * Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally within the Kansas City metro### Compensation & Motivation * Competitive base salary * Performance-based bonus opportunities * Uncapped commission with strong earning potential * Motivated by closing new business and exceeding sales targets### Why Youll Like This Role * Direct impact on earnings through new business development * Autonomy and ownership of your pipeline * Support from technical, operations, and inside sales teams * High-impact role with visible results Apply Here Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities Apply Here PI283333555
