Medical Assembler

What You’ll Do
Assemble high‑quality catheters in a clean room environment
Perform precision work under a microscope for 50% of the day
Rotate through multiple stations with cross‑training opportunities
Complete bonding, gluing, cutting, manual assembly, and inspections
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to ensure quality and compliance
What You Bring
2–3 years of medical assembly or related manufacturing experience
Experience working in a clean room environment
Comfort with microscopes and fine‑detail, repetitive work
A positive, team‑first mindset and strong attention to detail
Skills & Qualificatins
Experience with coiling, braiding, adhesives, or molding
Experience in catheter or other precision medical device assembly

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Center, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
