Mississippi Employer Childcare Director in Brookhaven, Mississippi
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Childcare Director to oversee the daily operations of our licensed childcare center. The Director will ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children, supervise and support staff, maintain compliance with Mississippi child care licensing regulations, and communicate effectively with families.
Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily center operations •Ensure compliance with Mississippi Licensing Regulations •Maintain required records and documentation •Communicate with families and address concerns
Job Requirements:
•Must be at least 21 years old •Meet one of the following qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development -Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development with two (2) years of paid experience -Two years of paid experience and a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential •Knowledge of Mississippi child care licensing regulations •CPR and First Aid certification •Strong leadership and communication skills
